  • this is more defending the pass. if the offensive player caught a pass the d would be screwed hes in no position to stop a post move from there

  • if I'm the passer, I would lob the pass.

  • This isnt very good defense...

  • if there is a smart passer and a smart post player pass it baseline and all you have to do is seal the man off and its an easy bucket

  • This would never work... If he catches that ball, he's screwed and number 2, any legit post player is going to be agressive and use one of his forearms to keep you from being able to steal it if he catches it.

  • This could be dangerous because, once the defender moves in front , the offensive post player can nudge him forward a little to give himself more space, then the pass can be made over top the defender, to the post player.
