  • Terrific stuff. I love it when he wipes his mouth after munching the banana. Very Joe Youngish.

  • Thanks kuhnigget,

He was a lot of fun to animate. When I come up with a suitable story for him I will feature him in a film.

  • How did you make him? It is amazing! What did you make him for?

  • Hey chocachoc,

Thanks for the comments. I made him for myself, for a future project. I built him up out of urethane foam, like the stuff cushions are made from. His head, chest, and teeth were sculpted out of clay, I made molds of the sculpts and cast pieces out of latex and applied them to the model. I painted it and applied the fur and there you go.

I checked out you page, very impressive stuff.

Keep up the good work, and thanks for watching,

    Tim

  • That is very well animated. I wish I could even get close to that. Mine are at 25 fps and are not excellent like yours but very standard.

I like the character that you gave Cykong. It suits his appearance. Clever idea with getting the most famous characters in stop motion history and making a mix. Are you planning to do a film with him?

  • Hey TheCyberController,

Thanks for the kind words. I will use him a film sometime soon.

I have seen your work as well, good stuff. I think I answered a question for you on another site, about casting Dinosaur heads in one piece.

    Anyway, thanks again,

    Tim

  • worth 50 Transformers movies.

  • Again, this is just excellent work! I do love your backdrops and settings, reminds me of the golden age of film-making. You make all yourself, or do you buy some of the props?

  • I really like this. What did you use for paint and hair? Very nice work!

  • That was really, really, really, REALLY well done. I've been getting into this type of stop motion lately, and seeing this really motivates me. You did really good
