What can I say? I love his voice, I like this version, that is why I happen to find this version really good, like I find any version this man sings in.

AND I am truly sorry, but there are 2 typos (have you ever heard of that expression, T-ypo?) in the Icelandic lyrics. ca. 00:40: Not einkis but einskis. Ca. 1:47: Not af but að.
Whatever typos are in the English subs, I don't care about them.

Love the icelandic verison of Spirit.

Too bad I don't have it on the swedish DVD. Usaly we have Finnish and Icelandic. But we just have Russia and Finnish.

Haha, yes, I agree with you. I have Hungarian and Hebrew on my DVD ô.0 I am used to have Swedish and Finnish. Though my opinion is that all the nordic languages should be together on a DVD. I would also very much be able to hear Norwegian and Danish.

Can someone explain to me the 'h' in Icelandic? Because in the song, I sometimes hear it pronounced as a 'k' and others as the usual English 'h'.

-h is always pronounced like -h. You know, like in English. What is confusing you though must be -hv. Hv is pronounced as -kv for some reason. It really isn't a big problem. Hvalir and Kvalir is not the same word you see. So we must keep it as -hv.

I have a question: I know in Iceland 'a' is pronounced 'ow'. But sometimes when I listen to the songs I can hear the 'a' pronounced as an 'a' and other times as 'ow'. Is there a rule why the 'a' sounds different in places? Or am I just hearing it wrong?
