  • Hey, thanks again for all your great vids. Just a question, are curry leaves and bay leaves the same thing, can they be used interchangeably? Cheers

  • @kbkushalutube : No, they are not the same. Different flavors for different types of food :)

  • Where do i get daal from?

  • @HistoryGeekable

You can find it at Indian grocery stores.

  • any tips on how to mince ginger? when I do it, it always comes out stringy...

  • The easiest way to do it is in a small grinder. We have a coffee grinder that allows for wet grinding and it works great! Alternately, you can use a fine grater and grate the ginger. Using a knife is probably the least effective.

  • What type of did you use? It doesn't look like regular long grain or is it?

  • Tried this at home ... really came out well. Thanks!

  • Nice video guys, Good job

  • I use a mortar and pestle set to mince ginger for making tea or general cooking..it minces real well

  • Actually, I use a shredding iron (grating iron) and that doesnt work... I dont have a coffee grinder, but I have a blender... that ought to work.
