When you first started did you get lots of bruises? I've just started and I have a bruise the size of a melon... will this be a constant thing? You're amazing by the way, you are like a goddess. x

@SToyaholic bruises are pretty common in the beginning. after a while your body will get used to it. :) happy hooping!
