@DoYouLykeTacos Well, they would need to hire ex/current DCI "elite" guard instructors for the notoriety and politics within WGI; then build the program from there. It didn't happen overnight for Flanagan, but once they establish their program, it runs like clock work pretty much now: same for James Logan, Avon, Miamisburg, Carmel...
