When Culture Club hit, those of us who liked them were teased by those who were too disturbed by Boy George's image. That changed the day I saw a "Making Of..." on MTV at home with a group of friends. We laughed at how not-so-hot the singers sounded before their voices were fed through the mixer, until our Boy George came on sounding just about as smooth and clear as the record. While my friends were staring at the screen in wide-eyed shock, I said "See? That's why we listen to him!" ^_^
