    Jonathan Ogden was 6'9", 345, and was insanely strong. No one ever got past him. I think he is the single greatest offensive linemen ever; I mean he was just so freakin' big lol.

    I really like the movie. Youtube is wonderful for this kind of info.My nephew used to be bullied. He stated he was about to get bigger. I laughed at him. I didn't think he would for a second.... Until inside of weeks he added 40lbs of 100 % pure lean muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (look in Google). No-one dares to intimidate the man nowadays.

    I personally registered earlier this week. See exactly what goes on. Plus the mans emails are fucking excellent...
