Top 20 New Metal and Hard Rock Bands

I know a lot of these aren't new... at all. I made this when I was in 7th or 8th grade and I thought I was cool because I listen to Avenged Sevenfold. Lol, I know, woopdy doo! :) But, I'm not as clueless as this video makes me appear. I've gotten into heavier bands (basically metalcore). I absolutely love the genre. August burns red and as i lay dying are christian metal bands. I like As i lay Dying. Awesome live show. But August burns red is terrible. Children of Bodom are crazy good. They got super pissed at the show in Calgary cause some dick threw a water bottle at the drummer and they said next person to do that will die. HAHAHAHA

@TypoTerms7251 TDWP, Asking Alexandra, and MMI are considered metalcore. I like all those bands but this video was made way back in the junior high where I was hesitant to listen to music with screaming in it. lol, I'm sorry if there was any confusion.

Slipknot - Before I Forget --20?!!!!!!!!!!! In 2006, for the song «Before I Forget» Group received the award in the category "Best Metal Performance" and fucking 20 place?!!!!!!!!!!!!! Slipknot the best!!!!!!!!!!!!

@CommunityKK Cannibal Corpse sucks, all they're capable of doing is playing fast. Suicide Silence is only slightly better, however they still suck. Playing fast doesn't equal skill. Children of Bodom is the only band I would consider listening to out of your list. Sorry bro, but your list has bands heavier than on here. Try typing in "deathcore" or "death metal" bands if you wanted to see bands you listed. Tu payaso...

@lambchop4545 Dude Cannibal Corpse dosen't suck nither do Children of Bodom or Lamb of God but all of these bands here suck. They are not even talented metal bands almost all of this bands only use 3 strings. This is nu metal which is classed as very easy to play. As an example Iron Maiden's solos are much more emotional and real many of this bands dosen't even got a solo.
