its not from the ultimate universe just because fury here is black dsnt mean its the ultimate version. marvell just wanted to have samuel jackson play nick fury cause the ultimate nick fury was designed after samuel jackson so they just made him play the part. but the whole movie isnt the ultimate version its still the original version. the earth616 version
