GC Viewtiful Joe - Intro

Sad is the state of the videogames industry nowadays, when vision and creativity are penalised and the shelves are littered with uninspiring sequels of tired, worn out games.

Clover where the genius masterminds behind Viewtiful Joe, a exclusive Capcom game for the the GameCube (wich also made it to PS2 eventualy, in order to boost sales, with bonus Dante from Devil May Cry).

As most of you know, Clover is now no more, after producing two of the finest PS2 games ever made (Okami and God Hand), because Capcom decided to dissolve the studio and re-assign the staff to their divisions.

But we must not blame Capcom. Its is our fault as well."Our" the comsumer, we should buy games like this in order to encourage more creative work, instead, Viewtiful Joe, one of the finest gazmes ever made on any system, was sadly throw into the bargain bins. If you never had this game and see it lying around, buy it, you wont regreat it.

I got one question. I just bought Viewtiful Joe and tried on my Wii. Although I dont have any GC memory card or controller I wanted to see the intro, but I couldnt. It says: "there's no memmory card inserted" (which is true). And because I dont have controller or memmory I cant go any farther. Is this normal or my disc is bad? Please, tell me.

You need the controller. If you have a the controller, you can press a button to skip that screen. Your disc is in perfect order, just go out and buy a GameCube memory Card to save and a GameCube Controller to play. =)

VJ2 is a really good game and easier then VJ1. Sadly, there was a co-op mode planned, but it was removed from he final game. Still worth it.

Viewtiful Joe ...a Game that was too good for our gamer needs ...i mean to be honest i played it ..over and over and OVER again and i honestly never got bored with it the only time i stoped playing ...was when my Dog Ran over it's Game case and cracked it ((left it on the floor to answer the door :( ))

I have this game and have not played it yet but can not wait. I just finished Resident Evil 4 and started on RE: Zero and I am still waiting for RE: Zero to start getting interesting (although the train level in the beginning seems to be the most interesting).
