Oftentimes, we fail to look closely enough at our spirituality. Instead, we find ourselves slipping into the belief that there is a 'right' religion or practice out there, and it is our task to find it.

But this is not true. All religions and religious practices have been created by the hand of man -- man who sees only vaguely though tarnished mirrors. Maybe this surprises you, but there are no exceptions. Religion is but our inept endeavor to understand and communicate with the Divine, and bring It into what we view as our dimension -- but it is an endeavor that never fails to fall short.

This is why you never ultimately find what you are seeking through religions and practices, and why your search has continued even up to this moment. It can't be found, because it is not there.

We must lay aside the mantles of the past that we blindly cherish, and see our innate Oneness. We must stop imitating what we think we should do, and do only what we know. And where is that knowledge to be found? You guessed it -- look within.
