I can't help but feel that we, (Canadians and Americans) have been victimized more by the response to 911 than the actual event. Retaliation against those responsible is one thing but treating me and everyone's grandmother as if they are potential terrorists is just obscene. In that sense I see the past ten years of reaction to this event as more an act of terrorism than the event that invoked it. Anyone else feel this way?

Listen to this, Reuel says "The Iranians have terrorism in their DNA."
Meanwhile, the CIA says that Iran just wants to be left alone. Look at Iran on the map and look at the US bases in the area. DO YOU BLAME THEM?
Argh, these people frustrate me. Who is the real beneficiary indeed. I bet you Reuel gets a nice paycheque out of the whole thing.

You are more likely to die in a car accident, cancer, any number of things than terrorism in the US. Don't listen to people like Reuel. He deliberately ignores "blowback" to further his agenda.
Terrorism is more of a threat now than ever thanks to the US response to 9/11.
