The juicer I show in this video is the juicer I use for this task, as it is the best I have found for this task. Other juicers MAY work, but do so at your own risk. Processing coconut is hard on many machines.

Hot press is where heat is added to the pressing process. The heat may denature enzymes and have a negative impact on the nutrition of the food. Cold press means there is no additional heat added when processing. Although some heat may be generated by the sheer friction of the press.

Yes, use the blank plate to make a butter. I do this all the time. Yes, you can use them seperated.

The 8003 8004 8005 8006 are the same family of juicers, and they will all perform the same tasks. So Yes. On pasta- its imporant to note, you need to mix up your pasta dough, and then the juicer only extrudes this into the desired pasta shape.

I have not tried this in the champion. It may, because it generates heat in the process. But it also may not because the grinding texture is not as fine as the 8006.

I have this juicer on my boat and had no idea somebody else was using it for coconut oil. i live on my boat and am traveling the south pacific and this machine makes life good as coconuts are free if you're like me who climbs trees....

Sensei John, thank you for helping us through the maze of juicers. I want to get the Manual Hurricane as a backup/travel with Omega 8004 for juicing greens and processing nuts/coconuts/soy and milk but also want the seed oil extractor attachment of the Samson. Will the Seed oil Press attachment fit any of the newest Samson 9003-6 with the GE Auger? How much more? I can't figure it out from the website. [cont]

The samson oil attachment will fit all samson 9001 9002 9003 9004 9005 9006 juicers. It will not fit the Omega, or other brand of juicers.

No. This will damage the Omega VRT330 juicer. The VRT is designed as a jucier; not a multi-purpose machine as the 8003 8004 8005 8006 models.
