This is a Zuntata live concert from 1997. The name of the concert and video is "Zuntata Live '97 Cineteque Rave ~Visual File~". Zuntata is Taito's sound team, responsible for such classic games as, "Darius", "Raystorm", "Rayforce", "Night Striker", etc.

Don't know what it is but music in some places in the soundtrack like in stage 4 and boss 2 of Raystorm, sound like they could fit into an anime such as the Gundam series. I thought it was interesting, she wrote the music in such a fashion.
