@englishvinal8, your problem is you can not (maybe too lazy) exist with out the corporation USA. You are a nobody with out them and for some odd reason you are not happy being you so you do what ever they say for the dream they created and called you.

I have been to the US Supreme Court 3 times, and to the Courts of Appeals in Canada and the US numerous times, and I know that what I do works, because I was visited by the FBI, and the Texas Department of Public Safety in February of 2011, and the Texas Department of Public Safety Officer told me (3 times) that I am listed as sovereign in their system.

A US citizen as defined by the so-called Fourteenth Amendment is a slave. If you think you are a US as defined by the so-called Fourteenth Amendment, then you are a slave. The so-called Fourteenth Amendment is not an amendment,...it is a revision. The courts have said that an Amendment has to change a very small part of something, and is very specific in its application, but the so-called Fourteenth Amendment is actually a revision, and a nullity because Congress has no authority to revise.

As a "U.S. citizen" (small "c").. each one of us is "presumed" to be CONTRACTED by voluntary agreement and pledge to have WAIVED "rights enumerated in the constitution for the united States of America and protections found in the Bill of Rights, in exchange (merchant law/Uniform Commercial Code) in exchange for BENEFITS offered by the government(s).
We have accepted these benefits without rebutting any "obligation" attached.
The "CONTRACT" is presumed to be IN effect and will be enforced.
