i dont really need 2c her in the ring. u can tell just from her form when shes shadowing n sparring. never seen a lass throw punches with this much vigour. (without sounding chauvanist) this is a proper woman in my eyes. sum1 who can break my nose if she wanted 2 ;P

She definately retired when she was at her best. I hear you...it would be awesome to see her fight again yet I am glad she doesn't have to take anymore shots to the head, she's quite funny and bright! I think staying retired has been a battle for her.

Cathy still trains and spars but is now oficially retired. She now teaches others how to throw down.

I've seen dudes breakdown after fights (smashing machine, ultimate fighter, the contender, the pub down the street). There is an emotional reponse to close quarters combat of every kind, so I thought the question valid.
