Alan Watt was talking about this, he said it was a VASTLY reduced population that moves between contained domes set to each age group. The elite live outside the domes in a non-GM world where they hunt some of us for sport and live forever as gods.

He stated that this revolution "could not have occurred peacefully, or with the consent of the majority, unless education in the United States had been prepared in advance to endorse it."
-Norman Dodd, 1982 interview with Ed Griffin

They also indicated conclusively the responsibility for the economic welfare of the American people had been transferred heavily to the Executive Branch of the Federal Government; that a corresponding change in education had taken place from an impetus outside of the local community, and that this "revolution" had occurred without violence and with the full consent of an overwhelming majority of the electorate."

He stated, "The purported deterioration in scholarship and in the techniques of teaching which, lately, has attracted the attention of the American public, has apparently been caused primarily by a premature effort to reduce our meager knowledge of social phenomena to the level of an applied science."
He stated that his research staff had discovered that in "1933-1936, a change took place which was so drastic as to constitute a "revolution."

Part 1: "I rendered such a report; and, as a result of the report I rendered. I was told the following: “Norm, what you're saying is we should return to sound banking,” and I said, “Yes, in essence, that's exactly what I’m saying.” -Norman Dodd, 1982

He is describing what is called a False Flag Operation.. 911 was used to destroy American liberties by making their false claims look like gold so we give them up by our own consent. Slowly but surely, the Constitution is falling apart and Obama is being pushed to enforce as much power as possible into the position of Presidency so America is much more dictatorship oriented..
