  • I like to see what the AMPS and Max heat it gets after a hour and then LPM when its HOT.

  • hi vistal1, lots of heat, see #11. i'm playing with the KOH and neutral plate to see what is optimal. i will also test a brick. this design is for testing only. i have some more industrial designs if i am happy with the test results. i would like to get to 2 litres per minute per generator. fizzy

  • Hello FIZZYH2O

I'm no scientist; not anywhere near your level of expertise.

And, so far as I've experienced, there aren't many scientists around that can make something sound interesting.

So thankyou for making hydrogen generation in the 'lab' sound and look interesting.

It's quite some concept isn;t it. The very idea of energy a lot cheaper and easier to get than we currently have use of.

Best wishes to you and yours.

    Ian

  • hi powerplum, me neither, the lab is my garage. i'm not convinced until i can prove it and show the video of the proof. take a look at zero. really good results. my concern is safety and accuracy. stay tuned. fizzy

  • any difference in the production without the tubing around the plates edges? how much of a diff.? I thought of it but haven't tried it yet.

my cell is tight in the edges so I cant do much but tubing sounds good.

  • hi Coquivagabundo, i found less production without. guess i should do a video with some measurements. Fizzy

  • Thanks Fizzy for the informative videos - I look forward to trying out some of the items here - you seem to be very knowledgeable about fluid properties - I have one question that I have not seen answered on other sites - I live in a cold climate where the temperature goes below freezing a couple of months out of the year and was wondering how to keep the water from freezing when the generator is not in use. Waiting patiently for your next video

  • Just made my first cell tonight. I used a simple coil design. Produced pretty well, considering the very rough materials I used. OH, great video. Thank you for using a tripod...

  • hi hydroginist, i will show a video with more detail of the plate config. i am interested in your comment about even current. i guess you could test resistance through the unit to see if there are any issues. thanks for the comments. Fizzy

  • Fuzzy

SS is a bad conductor about 300 time less conductive then copper not sure how you would hook up the end of your plates but the more evenly you can induce the current into your cell the better production you will get. I connect to all 4 corners and I need smaller conductors and get much better production then I do from a single point of contact.

Check it out nice rig though
