  • I'd like to see people showing how to grow mineral rich healthy foods. there is so much emphasis on superfoods and other things people can profit on, but I'd rather see what we can do ourselves at a reasonable price to create mineral dense foods.

  • Please interview Dr. Merola!!!! He's real.

  • i want an expert on mms. thanks.

  • Interview Danny Vitalis again, maybe he'll finally have that free steak knife set I've been holding out for, but wait! there's more!!

  • interview dr leonard horowits - viruses and immunity. Also, what effect, if any, does meditation and mental exercises have on health, immunity and disease states and progression/digression. Might be interesting to get a perspective on that from people who have research on the topic. Great videos you put out there, truly.

  • My complete diet is massive salads of organic greens, 1 or 2 avocados a day, 2 handfuls of dulse a day, drench my salad in lemon juice or raw cider vinegar and cayenne, bee pollen, eat blueberries like crazy, goji berries, raw cacao beans plain no sugar, pau d arco tea, reishi, nutritional yeast, baby coconuts, celery, cilantro, parsley, basil, dandelion, spinach.....no dehydrated foods or nuts or seeds except poppy seeds (I eat 1/4 cup of these a day....complete protein and they are blue)

  • I dropped off the raw egg yolks because they made me nauseated and the raw fish because it made me constipated and I just don't think I want parasites.

  • NO, I am absolutely not 80/10/10 in that I eat lots of avocados and extra virgin olive oil, and baby coconuts. I just cannot digest nuts and they make me full of mucus. I eat tons of kale, spinach, avocado, dulse, wild berries, cherries, grapefruits, coconuts, hot peppers. I did not feel good eating high fruit. I got better eating high greens and fats and seaweed and minimal fruit. 80-10-10 eats high fruit and no fat.....not for me. I eat very green, blue, or purple foods

  • how did you feel during those 5 years? seems you moved on to 80/10/10. That didn't work for me at all. That's why I'm curious about the wai diet. I feel fine when I eat fat with fruit but fruit alone puts me to sleep. Plus I think my digestive tract could use the break from the insoluble fiber in greens for a bit. I still have a green juice everyday though.

Weird thing is there is only 1 video on the wai diet on youtube.

  • AWESome... thank You!!!!! I second Jubb & Vitalis... well, I know You already had Vitalis, but he always has looots up his sleeve... more like Dr. Williams! and focus on sustainibility is awesome... =)

  • I was a distributer for Wai's book in 2001. (her real name is Natalya). I ate her diet from 2001 to 2006, slowly decreasing any raw salmon and not using the egg yolks. Now for last six months I have done only raw vegan, high on greens, avocados for fats, and only non hybridized seeded fruits.. The diet she recommends is raw fruits, raw fats, raw fish, raw egg yolks. She does not think humans need many greens. I totally tried her diet and disagree that we do need a massive amount of greens
