http://bit.ly/iw9Pg2 - Join Dhruv Baker when he visits a cider farm in Devon.

A chilled glass of cider is the perfect drink, especially when infused with the floral flavour of elderflower. Dhruv Baker visits Solland Farm in Devon to find out how Sampford Courtenay Elderflower cider is made. He meets producer James and his daughter Alice who talks him through all the processes involved. Their family has been producing cider on this farm for 15 years.

They grow Michelin, Ballarat, Alice Bitter, Bulmer's Norman, lots of old fashioned cider varieties. As well as the fresh apple cider they make an interesting range of drinks from other natural things that grow on the farm like elderflowers. The flowers are cut off and soaked overnight in a hot water and sugar solution. The next day they are strained and the flavoured syrup is used in our cider. Waitroses believe in supporting British producers and celebrating the best produce, like these elderflowers. It's the Waitrose Way. The farmers do everything here. Growing the apples, fermenting the cider, filter it and bottle it all here on the farm.
