I just have a question..... were did you get your Clear Quartz from? and your kyanite

I bought all of mine from an import store I used to work at, and at gem shows. I have not ever purchased stones online.

I own a piece of kyanite. In what way can I use it to help me ground and center?

For grounding and centering, I usually recommend stones such as the more earthy tones of agate, jasper, smokey quartz, etc. I really wouldn't recommend kyanite. It's good for meditating and connecting with the higher self as well as providing extra energy, whereas the purpose of grounding and centering is being more clear-minded, self aware, free of negative or excess energy, etc.

In regards to using the other stones to ground and center, I've tried a variety of techniques. One being directing excess energy into your stone of choice and replenishing yourself by drawing and focusing energy from the earth. Another approach (which requires more flat, but sturdy stones so you don't hurt your feet) is to place two stones beneath your feet and draw the energy up from the stones themselves. Hence, why I recommend more earthy-toned stones (flows to the root chakra first).

I dont seem to be able to really feel the energies from my gems. I've put them in a closed and and tried to feel for some sort of pulsating, but I dont think Im having much luck. I thought as an empath, I'd get it right away >_>" I'll have to keep trying.

I want kyanite now...

I think working with crystals and sensing their energies comes most naturally when you already have a strong connection to the earth element. My recommendation is to try meditating and really connecting with earth, then give the crystals another go. =)

I do like your videos also. they are interesting. i don't know many people that know about stones and how to use them. and it is not easy finding books that explain well.

Ah. Thank you. My best friend said I have been very calm this week since I started grounding- I also have a very calming presence around me she said.

I've asked four others about this, and they agree that I have been calm and not hyper like I was before.
