Good video. Research thoroughly before buying. Gas on demand heaters not very suitable for colder climates where there cold air may drop down the chimney.

My Rinnai has been a nightmare! It worked fine for 3 years, then went bad. I spent 600 bucks upgrading my gas service to a 2 lb system, having an electrician make sure power to the unit was OK, installing a water filter before Rinnai would even talk to me. Then, refused to admit the problem was with their unit. Now, they tell me I have to have a plumber come once a year to flush it out ($125.00 just to come to my house). Rinnai is JUNK!

Tankless, or instantaneous water heaters heat up water "instantly", but there may be a time delay for the hot water to travel to your faucets from the water heater.
People often expect the hot water to be hot instantly at the faucet, but when the hot water heater is some distance from the faucet, it does take time depending on the length and diameter of water piping.
