What i do is i just use distilled water and i got my girlfriend to suck on the hose and remove all air pockets the first time no fooling around..His way you may have to move the case around and screw with it till the air pockets are removed..

@Zwank36 well, it depends on your luck, sometimes u can get of the 10% CPU that can jump to 4ghz, my just dont. ( i think there aere 10%>= 4ghz, 30%>= 3.5ghz, then 60% can pass 3.5ghz
