What the hell the siam killed me and now when I start over from the save point Elle is gone and the siam wont show up when I go to that circular room. I think my game is messed up.

im fucked for this part :( health almost gone,no health packs and low on ammo,anyone know a fast way to kill the needlers? i can kill them fast but only with a gun then the big monster is what keeps killing me :(

@AveEnd just for the note i passed this place in about 10 minutes after posting my comment and the way i used is kill the three needlers with the pipe ( baseball swing move ) they dodge bullets like freakin ninjas ! after i killed them i had the last hit point in my health but fortunately had also 4 shotgun bullets the siam was dead even before he reached me by 3 shotgun shells , the dogs killed me later but it didn't matter cause i had a checkpoint :P

@AveEnd ah come on! don't smart ass on me man,i played all silent hill/resident evil games before do you really think i don't know how survival horror goes ? you HAVE to fight all the enemies at the sewers they chase you and you can't open the doors if they attack plus you have that woman with you and she doesn't move if there is a danger ,the health packs are scarce in that area and the combat with 3 needlers in a place like that is extremely annoying the siam will hit you once nomatther what
