  • that heel hook is very dangerous to even practice.Your pulling on the acl in the knee and you know how easy that is to tear

  • @TheCHEVYNATOR WHen we're sparring I don't even put pressure on these leg locks, I simply get in position and let go regardless of a tap, I know I would get it and I dont want to risk my teamate gettig injured

  • man the dude in the red t is hot!

  • @bmelin he does make a straight man feel conflicted

  • @lzrdsixsix6 yeah I guess that goes for any submission. But you just got to be careful in a scramble when your force and your partners weight is moving in opposite directions

  • @TheCHEVYNATOR i use the heel hook all the time and have never given anyone a serious injury, as long as you have a partner who knows when to tap you're fine..

  • Do you have a video doing a roll under kneebar when someone has your back? I have trouble nailing that move.

  • @psykojojo yeah alot of the guys I spare with have knee issues so I try and stay away from the knee subs.but for the new young guys with no issues I'll go for light leg or ankle locks.Great videos

  • McTraining Partner's like "Uhh, should I be acting manly?"

  • @psykojojo not gonna lie bro. I was thinking the same thing.

  • @psykojojo yeah those are the kinds of conflicts that can be fun
