i hat to be picky, but the radio communication with the machien gun fire, the guy only had pistols and if those guys unloaded he'd be pooned. you should make a "deleted scenes" of the combat that you don't see and the assassin popping some heads with the sniper rifle.

The hitman is supposed to be too awesome to be able to be hit by the mercs, that's all. We ran out of time and none of us can act!
