Gouldman wrote a few of Yardbirds songs (and Hollies too). The Yardbirds manager was involved with all four at some point or other before 10cc was actually formed. There are plenty of detailed bio's and interviews out there. 10cc are extremely well documented.

These guys were great even after Godley and Creme left. All together they were awesome. Stewart and Gouldman have the big hair thing going here. I think Eric had a perm for this.
