How can we try to blame one man (or even two men) for all the homeless people on the street. Hell, how can any of us sleep at night? We just do it. && Pink is talking about making beds out of cardboard boxes, etc as if she ever HAD to do that or if she ever worked for minimum wage with a baby on the way. This song almost got me, until I realized how much of a hypocrite Pink is for making it... Dear Ms. Pink, I bet you'd never walk with me. Hmm, would you?

@measl Our government is set up so that no one man can decide for our country. So basically Obama has to fight the shit that Bush did, but he also has to fight all the people in Congress. Tho things are not getting done fast enough, you can't hate on Obama. He's doing what is position allows, which in reality is VERY little. The fact that he has been able to get DADT repealed is a HUGE step towards equality. But as histroy has shown us, with every step forward their are 2 steps back.

We thought that "the long national nightmare [was] over" when Obama took office. How naive! All of the most famous Bush issues are still alive and thriving under Obama's stewardship: not only is Gitmo open for indefinite detention, but they now accept American Citizens as well; Religion is just as big an ass as it was under Shrub - still peeping into our beds and baths; the 99% are still getting crapped on, harder every day after every day. Gee, Mr. President... Can WE talk too?
