  • oss!

  • the best

  • Kokubun is of the few people I've ever seen who can score with an oi-zuki with out any feints. In addition, his defensive footwork is outstanding.

  • Did not know folks actually used Mawashi Zuki - let alone that is scored in JKA competition...

  • The first one is Takuya Taniyama. He gave us kumite lessons in Gent, Belgium and he was FAST!

  • 0:31 ... dodge..

  • @NibSaw ...and also the 1996 World Shoto Cup held in Kobe Japan. He placed 2nd in kumite but could have won 1st if not for his hard hitting style. :-(

  • Hey John, thanks for the upload, you missed there 2nd Place WKF world championships -80kg 1996 (I always thought he should have won it, bad judging).

He would also have gotten something in the 1998 WKF world championships if it wasn't for his hard hitting style. Anyways, thanks again for the upload, any more videos on mr Kokubun??

  • that kick's!!
