1991 ford f150 390 swap

its a 91' ford f150 with a 390 fe .60 over swap. full build with edelbrock intake and carb, im also runnins a summit billet timing system, hooker headers, full built heads, 11:5:1 compression, its the fastest gas powered street legal truck where i live.

does the 390 weigh alot more than a 351 i was thinking of putting a 390 in my 1988 ford f150 but i dont want the front suspention to squat

How about doing another video with the hood open? I am in the process of doing the same swap and have a few questions concerning the fuel system, radiator and motor mounts that would be helped by seeing under your hood!!

i think if it had a 390 the hood wouldve came up.. and fyi a 390 with aluminum intake and heads weighs no more than a crate 350. fe motors were a hundred pounds lighter than all other 7 liter big blocks

beautiful truck man, im looking to do the same swap in my 86'. are there any tips you could give me maybe? i just got a great deal on a 69' 390 and c6 combo out of a camper that needs nothing but to be dropped in and i was hoping it wouldnt take too much dickin with. thanks.

yeah thanks. i have a flowmaster exhaust but no cam.
