im in argentina (no wii shop at all) and i changed to mexico. then bought some points and games. then changed to usa to buy other games!! it works!

@AMWNZ Damn copyright Nazis of WMG had to take the audio down... they are so butthurt.
BTW, I do like the video itself, though. I'll have to think of trying that if I wanted to try cross-regioning and get games from Japan (I live in the USA, where both countries use NTSC).

@cenetor69 Luigi's Mansion is a Gamecube game. Gameube games are not available on
Wii Virtual Console.

Yes you can AFAIK, but you'll need to change country back to the same one you bought the game in first or it doesn't show up in your list.
Also note that since a recent update 2.2(??) you lose points when changing region.
