When questioned whilst giving there first group a ticket they began to have less morale, every one become aware of there civil rights not to consent to a search or answer questions, even if they didn't realise that is our rights, everyone in the park become more wise. The Police lossed power and they quickly gave up there mission of being Revenue Agents and enforcing the Nanny State. They was Oinked Off on there way www.myspace.com/markpetermaloney

This cop was a pretty decent guy, you could tell he was interested...otherwise he'd tell the guy to get the camera out of his face. Hope the cop will wake up.

@pilytkid I think he is awake, he knows what hes doing but thinks hes protecting himself and earning a living. Oddly that is a living from the people he is giving fines to for drinking in a park. What if you made that drink urself? if it was your own wine would it still be illegal? we are fucked up at the minute with too many parasites living off the rest of us. It will change soon enough. It cant go on for much longer.

#1 - Where exactly did you "WIN"?

#2 - I am not even convinced they were giving out a fine in this video are you sure they were? I am not aware of any circs where the police can give fines out for drinking in public. Alcohol can be seized in a 'designated public place' if someone refuses to surrender alcohol then its an offence but only a PC can deal with it. It was a PCSO writing. It looked like a stop/search form to me!!

Seems like anti-police rubbish rather than reasoned debate.
