He's using an Omega swim jig in a "swamp frog" color, which is pretty much green pumpkin with a streak of chartruse. Its likely 3/8ths ounce (pretty standard size for a swim jig). But swimjigs are pretty basic, with the biggest variation being in the hook/skirt quality.
