PMDG 747-400 Pre-Flight Tutorial (Quick Start)

This is a companion to my PMDG 747X FMC Tutorial.

This is not an improved version of the FMC tutorial, but a tutorial for those new to the PMDG 747 . They should watch this tutorial AFTER they watch the FMC tutorial. This clarifies some things I briefly glossed over in the original three part tutorial and also provides some new information on VNAV altitude and speed editing.

This should also re-enforce concepts covered in my previous tutorials (Approach Plates 101; How to Read SID & STAR Charts).

By the end of this tutorial, simmers new to the PMDG 747 should be fully configured for a short flight from KSFO to KLAX.
