John Patten of Western Michigan University (WMU) presents on a plug in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) that he developed in December 2008. The PHEV is charged with the wind turbine located at the Parkview Engineering campus of WMU. The talk will describe the operation and performance of the wind charged-PHEV over the past year.

This presentation was part of the Renewable Energy Conference at Pierce Cedar Creek Institute held on March 20, 2010.
