how much can you release on the fat fast .and do you still take the hcg when on it .... there is so much info .. your great and you give so much great advice and you look wonferfulhow many differnt things are you doingat one time ie vitume teas ect. it seems like there is so any thing to buy and do .. i need advice

Interestingly enough yes you can do it when on P2 even though by theory you would think you couldnt.Like anything it depends on the person but 5 +lbs in a couple of days seems to be my average. The teas I follow the directions on the boxes. What other things were you wondering about?

Colleen, you are such an inspiration! I can always trust that you are on top of the latest need to know info. I fell off the P2 wagon yesterday for the first time this round (from frustrated stall). Have never heard of this FF. Can I do the FF today or must I wait until I am in ketosis? Thank you

You are so inspiring!! Thank you so much for your vlogs and all your tips! I started HCG Jan 9 and I've lost 16lbs! Yea! and I'm in Korea! It's harder to find things here. ;) I'm trying the fat fast today, and we'll see what happens! btw- I'm from Oregon and miss it! (I saw pics of you at the columbia river gorge)
