I usually never not allow posts to be made on my videos. I don't like censorship. About the only ones I don't let post are vulgar insulting comments. Nothing has gotten vulgar yet but I can tell it's getting more and more heated. If I have to I'll disable the comments. But I don't want to. I saw both bands perform and both schools did a great job. It was close and could have gone either way. Ya'll are arguing over a comp that was a year ago. Let it go guys. Nobody sucks. Both bands are good.

Omgosh I remember this show! It was my first year to be in marching band..& I saw them perfom at a football game.Ya'll were so awesome!!Love this show!

I do remember that they are not allowed to participate in the HOG following year, but with proof i will take either side. Would it make since to you if the USA Olympics team kicked all the other countries butt, but since they have class, they will stop winning? Same with NBA or NFL or anything else you watch. You win because your good, and if you just stop, then what do other schools have to work for? They want to be better than you not just let them off the hook. See what i mean?

WOW!!! I forgot how good we were!!! I miss and love you guys so much! And by the way houston did really good, however Baldwin did win the overall music award and let's not forget the whole basis of band is music!! And I may be a little biased but the drum majors were off the chain!! they won grand championship DMs for the comp!!

My director has explained it to me, and the Grand Champion band is not allowed to participate in the HOG the following year, but is invited back the year after that.

just to clarify...it is NOT that the Black & Silver Brigade (Grand Champs) weren't invited back, it was because our director has class. It is a "gentlemen's rule" you don't go and wipe anyone's face in it. You win and then you move on to give others a chance. So, please get your facts straight and if you don't believe me, ask your own director. He will explain it to you.

I apologize. However I would like to point out that I had no intention of saying anything rude until the other guy started leaving bad comments on this video. I really didn't want to go there since I am a huge band and don't like making public comments about how bad other bands are. I doubt the other guy has enough self-control to not do so.
