A good session minus the minor mistake in my unracking of the max squat. Will be training frequently for a short period.Squat - "5" week (125 kg x 7)SL squat - 3 x 6Face pull - 3 x 11 x 7.5 kgPallof press - 3 x 6 x 15 kg
