This is not a tsunami, it is just a very very big wave. Waves are caused by wind, the stronger the winds, the larger the waves. A tsunami is cause by a large displacement of water from earth quakes. Not all tsunami waves are high, in fact, out in open water, a boat easily floats over it. The scary thing is that water from the surface all the way to the ocean floor is circulating and pushing forwards. Thats why tsunamis are so destructive, that is an unimaginable amount of water pushing forwards.

Actually the winds are made by the moon´s gravity, the distance that has the moon makes the gravity lower or higher, and the bigger or lower (I don´t remeber much X.X)
