lol i used to take water balloons and stick them in the freezer in advance before a snow day and then when me and my friends have the snowball fight i'd stash the frozen ballons somewhere and when they'd make me mad i'd rip off the balloon rubber and cover it with snow an nail them with a true Iceball.... #SUBZERO

It snows 680 inches per year on average where i live but school rarely gets cancelled. That's the downside to having a plowing system that actually works.
