OH SNAPS! Did Bubzbeauty really comment this video?


...Yeah. She did. LOL! ye-hey!

I did this for fun... I don't usually sing/rhythmically speak poetry.

I was inspired when I watched some videos from the lyrical cypher that's going around and was like "hm, i wanna make a song." So I did. :]

Please don't bash too hard or take too seriously; I know I can't sing/rap for crap (hahaha rapped right there)... just try to enjoy yeah? :D

LYRICS::
How is it that we can sit around doin nothin?
Our concerns being some high school fussin
when across the world people are fightin and dyin, little babies are always cryin,
Cuz they're motherless and fatherless, stuck in armies "killing for the best" growin up with no food to eat, can you even picture this?

We've been sleeping too long on this secret we've been keeping,
our eyes closed so we can ignore all the blood that is seeping.
Through the floor boards, on to the sweat shops
where you can't hear individual tear drops




until the river flows, and the drowned screams stops.
because that's how life is.




Unfair, untrue, cruel, and belittling.
Blushing, ashamed, fingers always twiddling
Misrepresented. Often offended, relatio-tionss never mended.
Rules of life not longer straight but made to-to be bended.
Cries unanswered, because there's no one left to call
Especially when there's nothing left to stop their fall.
The innocent are found guilty
The lost bin can no longer be found
Justice isn't blind but it's glasses are filthy,
What the world is, is 6 feet in the ground.

I once had a friend who I loved very much,
A friend that I would tell my secrets to and such.
She was what kept me up when everything was falling,
taught me to walk again when she saw me crawling.
She was great, she was beautiful, too fun too happy, she was bound to fall.
Lost contact when our paths separated,
I could've done something, a fact that I've always hated.
She's gone now, but she never deserved it,
In my heart she'll never die, I promise I'll always preserve it.
But she said to look at the world colorful and not to always see the grey,
Then you'll be closer and closer to being just as beautiful with every passing day.

We're worrying overseas when our soils are burrowing
seeds stolen by fat mice all slowly scurrying.
In their place are seeds of hate,
Everyone's irrate, Too late to contemplate
they start to wonder if this is fate
because that's how life seems to be.
