A much more common sense approach is probably move the ball back in your stance and hands forward at address. Then make normal swing without worrying about lag, cocked wrists, moving your body into the ball or away from the ball, etc. Golf is fun when you don't have to worry about adjusting 1,000 variables!!! jesus

@TheRangepro I agree here. It is almost like they are intentionally trying to confuse people by making everything over-complicated. Makes perfect sense since the more confused you become the more lessons you need and the more money the teaching pros make.

The divot in this vid starts b4 the ball lol... Anyhoo, the language used in here is terrifically dangerous, look at how many modern players appear to lose height through impact. The comment about knees, shoulders etc forming upward angles is very slight with good players & increases with worse ball strikers. Although some will find this helps, the majority will get worse. Sorry... Plus, the geezer who says he slices with this, check your grip, probably weak left hand... Make certain your club

its not the tip that is causing you to slice you are likely coming from the outside in. try, at the top of your swing re-route. go from inside to out then make sure to close your face after contact
