Step one: teach finger or hand targeting by clicking your bunny first for looking at your outstretched fingers, then for moving slightly towards your fingers, then for taking a step towards your hand, then for touching it with his nose. Once your rabbit is deliberately approaching your hand to get you to click & treat, go to step two.
Step Two: Click for following your hand target a very short distance at first. I've found that tapping the floor softly helps regain my bun's attention sometimes when he gets distracted. Then gradually start increasing the number of steps he needs to take before you click. If he totally loses interest, you may be asking for too much. Go back to clicking for only one or two steps again.
Step Three: When your rabbit is following your fingers around like a magnet, start the leg weaving game you see here.
In this video you can tell when I've raised criterion too fast. My rate of reinforcement drops and Philippe thumps the ground impatiently to let me know he doesn't approve. Making the task easier helps get him motivated again.

@b7u7g7 What treats are you using? May not be valuable enough to your bunny yet. Try tiny slivers of dried cranberry or crumbs of dried banana. See how that works.
