Distinguished LA Chicano Reggae band Quinto Sol narrates its story from their humble beginnings. Quinto Sol has helped pave the way for conscious music and create an Indigenous movement using music as it's preferred tool for mass dissemination. Quinto Sol (QS) continues to perform, tour, and record music with renowned artists while keeping its Indigenous roots alive in its hometown, East Los Angeles.

  • If you want to hear some positive vibrations from the sounds of the roots of the the barrio , and i mean a mexican / mexica barrio , listen to CHICANO SON . Check out their facebook page . The singer started out in a punk band with some of the elements of this band , however he took it to his hometown and learned the sounds of our raza , not to be ungrateful for the sounds of marley , however these sounds ring crazy to your ears , Chicano Somos , Chicano son !!!

  • MY uncle<3 Mizraim leal(limon)

  • One strong point I think these brothers are trying to make is that Mexican@s come from a consciousness where we understood all indigenous people are one people. True, it is important to focus on our original cultures from so-called "mexico", but not all of us are actually from the greater Mexika culture.

Native people from Africa and Cemanahuak have been sharing since creation. The Naga Maya went to Kehmet to share knowledge to build those pyramid tombs. Unite not fight.
