@proximxr mot true only true if you want to operate it on public roads, for example look at the honda crf 100 its 100 cc, not head lights or blinkers, or tail light, no tag, but you can register it but that is optional

In america, anything over 49cc, or anything that has a hand operated clutch must have a tag, registration, blinkers, working headlights/taillights, ect :/

@Cchange4us THAT'S OK DUDE. I JUST TOOK OVER A FRIENDS LAWN SERVICE SO HE COULD GO BACK INTO THE OIL FIELD AND MAKE SOME MO MONEY. I HAVE LOST WEIGHT AND HAD TO PUNCH ANOTHER HOLE IN MY BELT.

@spitzification14 yeah i guess but with my ryobi bike all i had to do was treat the brakes with no mercy and replace them regularly.. it would skid the tires at 40kmh if i wanted them to.

@Cchange4us yo man you really need to put a rear disc brake on that thing it will fly and will be hard to stop with regular brakes

@Cchange4us Does cutting that top pipe on the bike frame weaken the bike? I want to build a motorized bike but i would need to cut the tope pipe to make it fit.
