stunt busters did a tug of war between a jeep xj and a dodge ram and the xj won. the reason being was that the straight 6 applies the torque early and more efficiently than a v pattern engine, even 5+L v8s. nothing to do with driver inexperience - except, when the tires spin you lose all traction, that's the one thing that can make the difference in a tug of war

@Sarcasticscum hey you were right, there was a dana 40 axle, in came in 59 chevy trucks with positraction and were very rare, but never in any jeep. so unless you found one off a 59 chevy pickup which would be very hard to find and would prolly cost a pretty penny and i think would be silly, there is no such thing as a stock cherokee chief s with a dana 40 axle

@Sarcasticscum im callin the bullshit, i looked it up and it said on your cherokee chief s came with both dana 44 rear and front axles, the rear being a quadra trac for part time 4x4. im not saying your dana 40's fake but ive never heard of one so i gotta side with the guy who allegedly has 35 plus years. now id like to see you call that bullshit :)

nice job but would be more interested to see how well the two stacked up against each other off road. I'm sure the jeep would win but hey it would make for a cool video and maybe shut some of these guys up dissn on the jeep. Cool vid tho thumbs up bro. FORD= found on road dead, flip over read directions, fix or repair daily.
