Easy to pull out of a space when there are no cars on either side or directly behind. Then she turns toward the building instead of towards the parking lot exit. She shouldn't text but she couldn't even do that without dropping the phone. In Calif. during the first year under 18 can't have passengers under 18 unless there's an adult there. Maybe that doesn't apply here but the guy shouldn't pop up and scare a driver! That was worse than anything she did. Plus, she's cute, cut her some slack.
