@syzygy58 Don't worry I'm with you on this one. i was just making a point that it was either that or it was solid evidence as noted on 1.29 and if you read my second comment below, you'll know how i really felt that it was for real. It just boggles the mind how this kind of evidence was brushed off by the judge who preferred to believe the testimonies of alfaro,etc who could not really back them up.

@rhianrhina falsify a receipt? i don't think so as listen to the man what he said - anybody can investigate their records as far back as 26 years, so in short, their record keeping is impeccable such that they have full documentation on all transactions in that span of years. For any storekeeper to falsify sales record ? Whoa, the bogey men (IRS) could be beating on his back immediately! i think he's a real deal to me. that is IMHO. :D

The US would not dare to falsify informations. Do you think, gawa-gawa lang lahat ng ito? Do you think the secretary of state will sign documents without knowing the gathered infors first? Do you think the US will lie just for Hubert Webb? Sino ba si Webb sa kanila? I believed the Webbs. I also feel sorry for the Vizcondes because until now they have no idea who the perpetrators are. Both families suffered so much at ang NBI ang may kasalanan. Explain you all-so-knowing annoying people!

when this supposed Hubert Webb bought the bike, did this guy check a valid ID? did he sign anything? did he photograph the customer? Cause a relative of Hubert could have done this as they may find this useful and convenient in the future.

i just heard that the court has released Webb from prison...and just in time for christmas too. As much as i feel sorry for mr vizconde, i can't help but think that this time the courts have seen how the evidence presented by the defense is more believable than that shown by the prosecution and the inept NBI. It's taken long to go over the evidence and verification of testimonies...this time i think that although justice has not been served for the murdered, it has set an innocent man free.

the receipt was issued on the same day the Vizconde women were murdered...

so either this man was paid to falsify a receipt or this was the real deal @ 1.29
