Filmed on Location at the Old State House in Boston, MA - This is a car crash scene from the movie R.I.P.D. (Rest in Peace Department) with Jeff Bridges, Kevin Bacon, and Ryan Reynolds.
This is either at the end of a during a car chase scene in the movie through the streets of Boston. This scene is filmed right at the corner of State St. and Congress st. directly infront of the Old State House Museum (Orange line State street stop) and right where the Boston Massacre took place.
The car that flips through the air was driven by a stuntman who was fortunately fine after the crash. None of the movie stars were on location however, but nonetheless, a large crowd of people assembled.
